Cancellations
In the event that New England's unpredictable weather makes course cancellations necessary, we'll cope with it. The University will announce necessary weather-related cancellations on local radio stations and on the switchboard. If you call the university during times of inclement weather, you will be told whether or not classes have been cancelled. If the university is closed, DO NOT COME IN. I won't be here, either.Cancellations because I get sick are unlikely. If they happen, I will arrange for your due assignments to be collected and will telecommute, where possible.
Academic Dishonesty
Cheating, plagiarism and other forms of academic dishonesty are repugnant to this instructor. Students found engaging in academically dishonest acts will be failed for the assignment and failed for the course. The student's name will be forwarded to the academic dean and the dean of students for further disciplinary action. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.
